Normal order processing time is 1-2 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order has been processed so you'll know when to expect delivery. Transit time typically takes anywhere from 3-10 business days for domestic shipments (depending on your location), and may take up to 20-30 days for international orders.
Any errors – including mis-shipments, missing items, damaged items, etc. must be reported within 15 days of order delivery to receive a resolution or correction. If your order is returned back to us, it will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and loss of shipping and handling. Thank you for your understanding.

All sales are final, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products once they leave our warehouse. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate the lost package and send a replacement if necessary.
