Cancellation policy
1. Digital Products
All sales are final on digital programs. Digital programs come with lifetime access unless otherwise indicated.
Access to digital programs is emailed over following your purchase, please retain your login details or if you cannot recall them, use THIS LINK to reset your password.
For all courses purchased using the 2-pay option in the event the second payment is cancelled or fails, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the CHI Holistic Health Ministry reserves the right to revoke access to the product. Access to the course is contingent upon the successful completion of all scheduled payments. If the second payment is not successfully processed, CHI Holistic Health Ministry retains the right to restrict or terminate access to the course content, materials, and associated resources until the outstanding payment is settled.
2. CHI Warrior For Life VIP Membership
- Membership Duration: Your VIP Tribe Membership is billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed following your cancellation.
- Cancellation: To cancel your membership, simply login to your account HERE, if you have not yet created an account to manage your membership please do so. (Please note: your membership payment is managed in a different account than the course access) You can cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds on cancelled subscriptions.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for past membership charges. Once you cancel your membership, you will not be billed for any future months.

3. Supplement Returns/Refund Policy
All supplement sales are final, we are unable to offer refunds once the product leaves our warehouse.
If your package is returned to us without approval, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. We do not process refunds on shipping and handling.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@dianekazer.com with your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate the lost package and send a replacement if necessary.
Any errors – including mis-shipments, missing items, damaged items, etc. must be reported within 15 days of order delivery to receive a resolution or correction.
International customers, please note: Your local customs office may apply additional taxes and duties to your order once it arrives in your country. We recommend you check ahead with your local customs office to asses duties and fees before placing your order. We will not refund the cost of shipping and your order will be subject to a restocking fee if you cannot clear it through customs and it is returned back to us. Thank you for your understanding.
3.1 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@dianekazer.com, and include pictures of the damages in your email to expedite the process.
We are not responsible for any errors on placed orders. Please ensure you have the correct products added to your cart and that all your shipping information is correct before proceeding. In the event of an order placed in error, we encourage you to keep and use the products, they all have benefits for your health and well-being. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information you will be responsible for the shipping and handling to resend the order. If your order is returned to us due to an order error and you do not want it reshipped, it will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and loss of shipping and handling.
4. Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost, less shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee.
5. Payment Refunds
In case of a refund, the processing fees from the original transaction will not be refunded.
If your shipment is returned to us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less shipping and handling and applicable restock fees (20%). Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied.
