DID YOU KNOW 80% of your immunity lives in your gut and the majority of Americans are sick often because they have more bad bugs than good bugs, the main cause for being sick often, rapid aging, weight gain and mood disorders?

Put Simply: Genes are NOT the primary driver, as we have been lead to believe. Probiotics, aka microbes control 99% of who we are; only 1% of who we are is controlled by our own genes.

BUT...not just ‘any’ probiotic will do.  The spore species and custom blend in this formula is designed to reach the large intestine where it works it’s magic.  The majority of probiotics get destroyed by the acidic environment of the stomach before it even reaches it’s destination to seed the gut and balance the biome with the seeding this special group of microbes is designed to do.

Top 5 Reasons to take a Spore Based Probiotic:

  1. Our Soil is Deplete & the Standard American Diet Lacks Nutrients (probiotics are ‘good girl gut microbes’ that live in your gut and act like a Vitamin shop, converting food into vitamins)
  2. To heal your Leaky Gut, reduce Inflammation, belly bloat, skin irritation and premature aging.  For glowing skin, you must heal your gut lining within.
  3. We live in a toxic soup and live a stressed lifestyle (which kills your good girl gut microbes). Emotional stress and toxins in our food, antibiotics in medications, food (Round Up), water and fed to animals we consume destroy healthy microbes that may never grow back and can take years to recover.
  4. To cut back on supplements you take for vitamin deficiencies because microbes in these probiotic strains will make them for you...nutrients in food is only as helpful as you’re able to break them down and absorb them, which probiotics support.
  5. To detox harmful chemicals such as Xenoestrogens, which cause weight gain, PMS, cancer, fibroids, tumors, depression and more.

Symptoms of Probiotic/healthy microbe imbalances aka Gut Dysbiosis (more bad bugs than good):

  • Frequent gas or bloating
  • Cramping, urgency, and/or mucus in your poop once per week
  • Brain fog, anxiety, depression and other mood imbalances
  • Food and chemical sensitivities
  • Micronutrient deficiencies
  • Chronic bad breath (usually candida overgrowth)
  • Loose stool, diarrhea, constipation, or a combination
  • Diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • History of “stomach bugs,” gastroenteritis, and/or food poisoning
  • Frequent use of antibiotics such as for acne, UTI’s, infections
  • Carbohydrate intolerance, particularly after eating fiber and/or beans
  • Fatigue, low energy, adrenal insufficiencies
  • Antacid overuse and/or trouble digesting meat
  • Autoimmunity, or an autoimmune condition such as Hashimoto’s, MS, fibromaylgia, etc
  • Sinus congestion

Benefits of Probiotic supplementation:

When you take this Gut Goddess probiotic daily, you’ll enjoy these beauty, energy, immunity benefits:

  • Stronger immune system & getting sick less often
  • Improved digestion and less belly bloat
  • Increased energy from production of vitamin B12
  • Better breath because probiotics destroy fungal overgrowth (candida)
  • Healthier skin, since probiotics improve eczema, psoriasis and skin rashes
  • Healing from leaky gut, IBS, IBD
  • Improved bowels: less diarrhea & constipation
  • Crowds out bad bacteria, parasites, and fungal overgrowth
  • Fat burning, weight loss and body shaping

PROBIOTICS regulate virtually everything in your gut.  They make vitamins, regulate hormone levels, convert neurotransmitters and amplify our immune system.  Specific to hormones and estrogen metabolism, they do this via healthy bacteria (microbes) that make up a constellation of bacteria in our gut that synthesize and metabolize estrobolome may help crowd out (bully) bad bacteria such as yeast as well as other bad bacteria in the colon that release estrogen like waste. The good bacteria from probiotics also synthesize (produce) Zinc and Vit A which helps make more progesterone, offsetting high estrogen.

Excessive amounts of bad gut flora ramps up estrogen, increasing your risk for certain cancers but also stalling fat loss by –among other obstacles –messing with fat-regulating hormones.

Genes are NOT the primary driver, as we have been lead to believe. Probiotics, aka microbes control 99% of who we are; only 1% of who we are is controlled by our own genes that were passed on from mom and dad. The microbes control everything else.

Gut Goddess is an industry-leading, broad spectrum, spore-based probiotic. It is comprised of a diverse combination of 5 different bacillus strains formulated to optimize gastrointestinal health.* Spore-based strains such as Bacillus are vital to the food chain as they have the intrinsic ability to produce a multitude of enzymes, secretory proteins, antimicrobial compounds, vitamins, and carotenoids.* Spore-based probiotics behave differently than traditional probiotics in that they are delivered as dormant spores. The endospores encapsulate the beneficial bacteria strains making them extremely stable and highly resistant to stomach acid’s low pH, resulting in delivery of usable probiotics to the small intestine where they then revert to active, growing bacteria.

Why to support your gut with Spore based Probiotics in Gut Goddess:

#1 Our Soil is Deplete & the Standard American Diet Lacks Nutrients

In the USA, our soil has been so engineered that we've lost 98-99% of the original microbes that once provided life to the plants we consume

We once at around 600 different types of foods in a year for 99.999% of human evolution. It’s just in the last 150 years that figure really started to shrink, and then more so in the last 25 years down to about maybe 15 or 20 foods for somebody that eats really well; 5 to 6 for most Americans (soy, corn, wheat, dairy, commercially raised meat, vegetable cooking oils, trans fats, sugar) which are largely the pro-inflammatory GMOs that are creating a lot of disease and symptoms.

#2 You have Leaky Gut and Inflammation Causing Disease

95% of Disease is Caused by Inflammation (including depression)

It's estimated that 80% of the population has Leaky gut (the birthplace of virtually every disease today)

Most Americans indulge in ‘treat meals' at least once per week, which typically involves some sort of fast food. In a soon to launch study, whereby college kids received ONE fast food meal, it was determined that it took the body almost two weeks to recover from that single meal in terms of the amount of inflammation and toxicity it caused.

“About 55% of college kids surveyed has leaky gut syndrome. And then when you look at people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and so on, and then if you have any symptoms that are associated with leaky gut, things like allergies, asthma, sleepless nights, diabetes, heart disease, any inflammatory conditions that show up on the skin like eczema, psoriasis, acne, just random rashes, any type of dermatitis, all of these things actually are symptoms that your gut is leaky. That is fueling these inflammatory conditions that just spiral and get worse and worse and worse. You might start off with a dairy sensitivity. It might start off with an allergy to fat. It might start off as a seasonal allergy. Those things can snowball into much bigger problems like autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. That’s why we’re seeing the prevalence of these conditions go through the roof in people in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.”

#3 We live in a toxic soup and live a stressed lifestyle (which kills our good guys)

Chemical stress is perhaps the greatest epidemic and assault to our bodies today!

There are literally over 85,000 chemicals that are damaging your gut every single day; some of the most common things are:

  • estrogen mimicking substances in personal care, beauty & cleaning products
  • chlorine in the drinking water
  • fluoride in the drinking water
  • fluoride in the toothpaste
  • the paint in your house
  • the off-gassing from the paint in your house
  • the off-gassing from the carpet in your house
  • the off-gassing from your pillows and mattresses (especially if you’re sleeping on a foam pillow or a Memory foam mattress).
  • flame retardants, especially in your car.

EMOTIONAL stress is a factor as well!

When we induce stress upon ourselves, whether it’s our lifestyle or personal relationships or work, we increase of expression of things like norepinephrine and epinephrine. Those things actually allow for increased virulence factors among microbes and viruses that are are dormant within the body. That cortisol and stress chemical increase wakes up the virus to be more virulent and start a new infection. That’s how connected emotional stress is to microbes to our immune system.

#4 To SAVE MONEY on vitamins you don't need…

…because the right probiotics aka gut bugs can make them. Save $, Swallow Less! In addition, the right strains of probiotics can ensure your gut is healthy enough to absorb the nutrients you're consuming in food.

It's a HUGE myth in the nutrition industry: “You are what you eat.”

It’s not, “You are what you eat.” It’s “You are what you absorb.”

You can consume THE BEST food and supplements all day long, but if your digestive track is not healthy enough to break down that food, assimilate it and pull the nutrients into your system or even take the nutrients from a capsule in a supplement that’s been isolated, and absorb that, you’re just not going to get the benefit of it.

So, a good probiotic will do two things. Number one, it will reduce the inflammation, so it helps your body absorb more nutrients. The second part is the good probiotic should actually produce nutrients for you. One of the microbes in Gut Goddess produces 12 different carotenoids in your intestinal tract. Most beta-Carotene and lutein supplements for example cost, $35, $40 for the month’s supply, of which you’re going to absorb less than 2% or 3% of that, assuming dysbiosis. A good probiotic will produce carotenoids, hence you shouldn't need to spend $35 on 12 different carotenoid/antioxidant supplements like alpha-Carotene, beta-Carotene, astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, lutein, lycopene.

Hmmmm, a $500 per month savings? ?

#5 To detox Xenoestrogens, which cause weight gain, PMS, cancer, and…

  • Painful, heavy, clotty and/or long periods (this used to be me)
  • Facial hair – especially above the lip
  • Pre-menstrual tension including emotional upset, frustration, anger, headaches, breast distention, nose bleeds, sinus issues, bowel irregularities that occur from ovulation (up to 2 weeks prior to the period arriving)
  • Mood swings – anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue
  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Ovarian cysts
  • Acne
  • Weight gain OR inability to lose weight
  • Menopause (Yes, estrogen drops around 50, but is it too high compared to progesterone – these 2 must coexist in the perfect balance):
  • Migraines
  • Breast Cancer
  • Hypothyroid
  • Hair loss

We need a strong population of gut bacteria to help detox estrogen and synthetic estrogen and hormone metabolites. When there isn't enough of the right type of strains of probiotics in the gut, estrogen dominance ensues which will result in:

  • Weight gain, gynecomastia, cancer – in men.
  • Bloating, PMS, skin issues, depression, PCOS, cancer – in women.

…just to name a few. The solution = there’s this constellation of bacteria and their associated genes in the gut— the estrobolome—that’s designed to get rid of the excess estrogen.

Gut Goddess is a broad-spectrum, spore-based probiotic used to optimize gastrointestinal health. Spore-based, aerobic, gram-positive strands such as Bacillus are vital to the food chain as they have the intrinsic ability to produce a multitude of enzymes, secretory proteins, antimicrobial compounds, vitamins, and carotenoids. Moreover, Bacillus strains possess antioxidant, immunomodulatory, and pathogen-exclusion abilities.

ProbioSpore™ is an evidence-supported diverse combination of 5 different bacillus strains, including:

  • 5 billion CFU Bacillus subtilis (DE111®)
  • 2 billion CFU Bacillus coagulans (Lactospore®)
  • 1 Billion CFU Bacillus coagulans (SNZ1969)
  • 100 million CFU Bacillus coagulans (Lacris-15)
  • 2 billion CFU Bacillus clausii (CSI-08)

These spore-forming bacilli are resistant to heat and ambient humidity, thus no refrigeration is required. The spores are also resistant to ultraviolet radiation, solvents, hydrogen peroxide, and enzymes. While these beneficial spore-forming bacilli lie dormant in the bottle, they revert to growing bacteria once they reach the intestines. As a result, spore-based probiotics offer high acid tolerance and resist being destroyed by the gastric environment, making them ideal for supporting gut microflora balance.

Bacillus subtilis, DE111®, is a probiotic spore that works to improve immune function and digestive stability by controlling microbial populations. It also has a unique ability to form spores that protect the microbes from harsh conditions while in transit to the large intestine where they can propagate robustly. Its spore-forming action ensures it remains viable in a wide range of pH and temperatures, ensuring its efficacy and stability as a dietary supplement.

According to an in vitro study comparing Bacillus- and Lactobacillus-based strains, Bacillus coagulans showed double the survival rate over that of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, while DE111 B. subtilis exhibited over ten times greater survivability when placed in simulated gastric and intestinal fluids similar to those of humans.  Additionally, B. coagulans spores showed a significant tolerance to simulated digestive processes as well as adherence to two human colonic cell lines. The enhanced survivability of DE111® B. subtilis under hostile environments makes it ideal for inclusion in Gut Goddess.

Gut Function & Microflora Balance

It is well established that the short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) acetate, propionate, and butyrate, are metabolically the most valuable end-products from the microbial fermentation process of dietary carbohydrates. In clinical trials, DE111® B. subtilis was able to successfully proliferate under normal physiological conditions of the human GI tract, and furthermore, the strain has shown the ability to effectively produce propionic and butyric acid. Butyric acid is the preferred fuel source for colonocytes and has been shown to play a protective role against colon cancer and ulcerative colitis, as it affects colonic cellular differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. SCFAs have been shown to improve gut barrier function through stimulating the formation of mucin, antimicrobial peptides, and tight-junction proteins. Bacillus interacts with the immune system, has anti-inflammatory effects, stimulates the absorption of water and sodium, and reduces reactive oxygen species within the colon.

A comprehensive review demonstrated how intestinal Bacilli are natural guards against pathogens through their ability to secrete bacteriocins, lipopeptides and other compounds that possess antimicrobial and antiviral actions.5 The review further explained that Bacilli secrete hydrolytic enzymes that can decompose food polymers and demonstrate direct antimicrobial activity by inhibiting and disrupting biofilm formation.

Bacillus spp. probiotics have shown protective effects against cytotoxins. In an in vitro study Bacillus clausii strain O/C was able to counteract the toxic effects of two cytotoxic pathogens, Clostridium difficile and Bacillus cereus.6 The cytoprotective effects of B. clausii were due to its ability to secrete a serine protease that inhibited the toxicogenic bacterial strain; demonstrating that this strain could potentially be an effective probiotic treatment for antibiotic-associated diarrhea.6 In an animal study, Bacillus subtilis strains were shown to ameliorate dysbiosis and intestinal inflammation by way of rebalancing the gut microflora toward beneficial microbial populations and anti-inflammatory mediators, which ultimately helped ameliorate gut mucosal damage caused by ulcerative colitis.

Bowel Regularity

Bacilli promote regularity and normal bowel movements, helping to protect against occasional constipation or diarrhea. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human clinical trial showed that subjects who received 5 billion CFU B. subtilis DE111® probiotic in capsule form for an average of 20 days significantly increased the average number of bowel movements per day, and significantly reduced fasting blood glucose levels compared to the placebo group. In another clinical trial, after 105 days of supplementation, healthy subjects from the bacillus subtilis DE111® probiotic group moved to a notably healthier bowel index according to the Bristol Stool Chart and digestive health questionnaires compared to healthy controls. A double-blind randomized placebo-controlled human trial showed that 2 billion CFU per day dose of Bacillus coagulans Lactospore® for 90 days significantly improved symptoms associated with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), including bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, stool frequency, and abdominal pain. Moreover, the same Bacillus coagulans sp. significantly improved quality of life for IBS patients with major depressive disorder by decreasing clinical symptoms of both conditions, correlating with research showing how intestinal bacteria affects depression-like and anxiety-like behaviors due to the link between the brain and the GI tract.

Immune Function

A positive effect of Bacillus spp. to cells beyond the GI tract, such as immune cells, has been established in research. Bacillus subtilis was shown to modulate the release of cytokines on human immunocompetent peripheral blood mononuclear cells, activating significant levels of anti-inflammatory IL-10 and very low levels of pro-inflammatory IL-12, TNF-?, and IFN-?.1 In an animal model, oral administration of a combination of probiotic B. coagulans and prebiotic inulin improved markers of rheumatoid arthritis, significantly reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine, fibrinogen, and serum amyloid A levels.

A comprehensive human clinical study observed that consumption of B. clausii modulated genes of the small intestines that are involved in inflammation, immune response, defense response, intestinal permeability, cellular adhesion, differentiation, growth, and signaling, as well as apoptosis, signal transcription and transduction.1 Data from a novel in vitro study suggests that Bacillus-based spore-form probiotics may improve digestive health by reinforcing the intestinal barrier and limiting response by pro-inflammatory mediators. The Bacillus subtilis strain used in this study blunted pro-inflammatory signals and was able to greatly reduce the production of IL-8 in all stress conditions, as well as the upregulation of intestinal nitric oxide (iNOS) protein levels, compared to the control cells further demonstrating intestinal anti-inflammatory potential. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial of college athletes undergoing rigorous off-season training, those who received 1 billion CFU DE111® probiotic for 12 weeks attenuated the increases in the circulating pro-inflammatory cytokine, TNF-?, that were observed in the control group.
